How Our Company Was Created
Years ago, a friend of our Rick, our owner, called an insulation company about having theirs removed and replaced. After placing the call his friend waited…and waited…and waited for a response. The response never came. His friend called them again, and finally, he got a hold of somebody. He made an appointment and everything only to have the company call back and say they were too busy, but would “try to work you in.” Not the best customer service.
As such, Rick decided he should open an insulation company. And more importantly, an insulation company who customers could rely on…a company who would provide the service you deserve and answer your phone calls without giving the “run around.”
